StarGarden's maintenance program is your source for prompt quality service. We have worked hard in the last few years to improve our incident tracking and now we can provide individualized customer support sites on the WEB where all support activity is recorded and tracked.

We put our best people on the front line and they are able to provide very quick service for almost any kind of problem.
Upgrades
We frequently package customer requested enhancements into Supplements which are released at least 4 times per year. These are brought down from our customer WEB site and installed in a test area by your staff or ours.
Legislative Updates
All government legislative software updates relevant to the current release of the product are provided along with technical implementation instructions. These are usually brought down from our customer WEB site and installed in a test area by your staff or ours.
Support
24x7 access to qualified support personnel as required - no questions asked. The support agreement specifies if time is chargeable at our normal rates in 15 minute intervals.
